KLEEMANN is a trusted manufacturer of certified lift products, dedicated to providing reliable and quality services. For this reason, KLEEMANN was one of the first companies in Greece to develop a quality management system.
KLEEMANN implements a Quality Assurance System based on the international ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard, which meets the requirements of the European Lift Directive 2014/33/EU, Annex XI (Module H1) concerning the design, construction, assembly, installation , inspection and testing of lifts.
The Quality Management System of the company complies with the requirements of the Standard: ISO 10002:2018 Quality Management - Guidelines for Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management.
The scope of the Quality Management System is available to any interested party upon written request to the company.
Our company strictly adheres to this quality management system, compliant with ISO 9001:2015, and an environmental management system that conforms to ISO 14001:2015. KLEEMANN also complies with the requirements of ISO 14006:2011 and moreover, observes an occupational health and safety management system that operates in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.
